Does it support regular expressions?

Yes. Flip the regex toggle and the find field becomes a pattern. Standard JavaScript regex — backreferences with `$1`/`$2`, character classes, lookahead and lookbehind, all there. Flags are inferred from your toggles (case-sensitive, global) so you don't need to write them out.

Is it case-sensitive by default?

Yes. 'Email' and 'email' are different. Toggle the case-insensitive option when you want them treated as the same, which is usually what you want for natural-language text but almost never what you want for code.

Can I replace matches one at a time instead of all at once?

Yes. The default is replace-all, but a step-through mode lets you walk through matches individually and decide yes/no for each. Useful when you're doing a risky substitution and want to eyeball the context.

What if I want to replace across multiple lines?

Plain-text replace works across lines automatically. For regex, the `s` flag (which lets `.` match newlines) is available as a toggle — since by default `.` stops at a newline in most regex implementations.
